If you cross the street from Unhyeongung Palace in Jongno-gu, Seoul, you will see a small stone sign that reads 'From the Declaration of Independence'. This is the location where the policy of the March 1st Movement in 1919 and the public activists reviewed and distributed the declaration. Keeping the names of the 33 people and the relief of the comfort women, it makes the people watching from the seat stand solemn. It is said that the 3.1 Declaration of Blood Pledge was saved at the Boseong Printing Office, which was not collected here, in the yard of the Chondokyo Daegyodang (right next to the current ship), which was being newly built after the past, and then distributed to representatives from the academic community and students. It is a special place where people can regain and look back on the pride of the spring of 1919, when they risked their lives for the sake of the country.
