Pulmuone Museum Kimchigan is the first food museum in Korea that opened in Pil-dong, Jung-gu in 1986. It has been promoting and preserving kimchi and kimchi-making culture at home and abroad through exhibitions that combine the origin and type of kimchi, making tools, space-related relics, and digital content.
In 2015, Museum Kimchigan was the only one in Korea to be named one of the "World's Top 11 Food Museums" by CNN in the United States. I did too.
